As far as framing and bracing requirements go for residential construction go, this build has the lot.
Constructed by Brad Rowe builders (BG Rowe Builders) in Heathcote; the framing stage photos of this build are as captivating as the landscape that surrounds it. Complex bracing requirements and restraint methods were adopted by the engineer due to the shear height of walls, columns & trusses. Engineered and constructed to high wind requirements this build complies with N3 wind forces.
The truss designs incorporate raking and flat ceilings where required and in almost every instance, house the beams they are supported by. Using Hyne Beam15 Glulam Beams we were able to offer Brad an his team timber support solutions and supply with the trusses.
The Truss Joint team worked closely with Brad throughout the design/build process to ensure all beams were placed at required heights. Some were housed and hidden and others were setup lower to have the ability to finish ceiling linings against.
The framing finish and attention to complex engineering details are a testament to Brad and the boys for the quality product seen in these pictures. An absolute pleasure to work with and be part of this project.
