New Single Storey Residential Build
A great pleasure to deal with Rob & Vas on this amazing build recently completed by Mornpen Projects. Situated amongst a quaint bush setting on the Mornington Peninsula these exposed trusses blend into their surroundings.
Designed and manufactured from reclaimed hardwood using sectional sizes 300×150 these beauties weigh over 2000kg each. Spanning approximately 13m two trusses were provided; one features over the Kitchen/Living Area and the other caps off the build and the end of the outdoor living area.
Completed with structural powder coated steel plate and bolted connections these exposed trusses have been installed raw with no coatings required. The rustic reclaimed hardwood chosen complies with the BAL rating required for this build and is a great feature and compliment to the natural finishes throughout the home.
