This magnificent build by Sandeman Build was undertaken in 2019-2020. An adequately sized 8 bed home with large livings spaces to accommodate the families needs.
Working with Ben on this project was a breeze, he knew exactly how he wanted the final product to look like. The home features unique details and high end finishes throughout. Each room has a ‘wow’ factor and attention to detail has been made on every design aspect.
The exposed hardwood trusses share the same meticulous design and manufacture standards that the house was built upon. Designed and manufactured by The Truss Joint; we provided 3x feature trusses in GL18 VicASH hardwood with feature bottom chord restraints. Trusses were constructed using powder coated mild steel structural connection plates and bolts which were designed and shop drawn in house. Each truss and timber member provided were given a natural tinted oil finish to the clients specification prior to delivery.
