Established March 2008; The Truss Joint operate as a licensed MiTEK roof truss manufacturer in Bendigo, Central Victoria.

Previous to The Truss Joint, our founders had spent 20+ years in the roof truss manufacture industry. The results spoke for themselves. Within the first 4 years of operation the business grew substantially and we built our own factory and offices. Now operating from 12 Hesling Court, Bendigo East, it has grown into an operation from two custom built timber portal framed factorys with plans for expansion.

Since operation began, The Truss Joint continues to grow as a roof truss manufacturer. This growth has resulted in the expansion of our business to become the preferred supplier of Feature Exposed Trusses. Manufacturing for both residential and commercial builds, we do the lot. Having supplied exposed trusses to all states & territories across Australia there are no limits on transport distances or design capabilities. Prefabricated Gangnail Trusses-

• Design staff engineer all trusses using the latest MiTEK engineering software.
• Truss performance is individually reviewed within every design; focusing heavily on the long term performance.
• Roof trusses are manufactured from the highest quality Australian Grown Plantation Radiata Pine. (no imported timber)
• Value added by undertaking some of those usually time-consuming site tasks in the factory.
• Our factory staff will supply factory fitted girder brackets upon requested.
• Single miter cuts are provided on all jack trusses.

Exposed Trusses-

• A multitude of design options can be provided with various timbers & connection styles.
• Experience matters!! The employed staff have over 80+ years combined roof truss & building knowledge.
• Designs are 3D CAD modeled and presented to clients before manufacturing commences.
• No job is too big or too small.
• Accommodate Residential or Commercial builds.
• Manufacture using Australian only produced timber and engineered timber products.
• Design, Engineering, Manufacture & delivery are all provided by our in house team.

Transport Capabilities-

With our experienced crane truck operator having over 15+ years of frame and truss deliveries under his belt, there are not many situations we cannot handle. Our truck can operate as a crane independently of its trailer which allows access to tighter hard to reach spots.

Crane Capability:

• 32 Tonne HIAB Crane
• 1,600kg @ 15m Max reach

Trailer Capability:

• 13m Drop deck trailer; extendable to 20m

Load Size Capability:

• We can deliver loads up to 4.5m wide with the use of our pilot vehicle and special conditions.

Our own transport capabilities are extended with the use of our reliable local contract transport companies. Through the use of Tray Trucks, Ute/Trailer deliveries there has not been a site we cannot deliver to.
