Essetre Techno Fast

2024 kicked off an exciting new chapter for The Truss Joint. It was welcomed with the installation of our first 5 Axis Essetre Techno Fast CNC machine. The CNC machines capabilities vastly expand what we have to offer. Complex connections are cut with precision and speed for timber exposed trusses and any timber structure. Accuracy is key and is where the Techno Fast is second to none. It’s precision results in seamless construction and installation of every component that is cut.

Currently we utilize this machine to cut the majority of our exposed trusses and some of our prefabricated truss & posi struts components.

Essetre Techno Fast Capabilities:

The Techno Fast setup allows us to cut sectional timber sized anywhere up to 620mm High x 250/300mm Wide with pin point accuracy. Capable of machining softwoods & Australian hardwoods the Essetre Techno Fast is as versatile on home soil as it is in its homeland in Italy. Accompanied with its adaptable 11 position tooling magazine we can interchange drilling, milling sizing to suit each job.
